1. The property's driveway is accessed from Magellan Avenue.

From Highway 1, turn onto Magellan Avenue towards the ocean.  Drive approximately 400 feet. You will see the entrance to the home on the left-hand side.  Please drive carefully; the entrance to the driveway is narrow.

2. Look for the greyish-green house. The address on house will be to the left of the garage door: "171B" 

Please park in the driveway.

3.  The lockbox is attached to home.  You can find it on the right-hand side of the garage door frame. The code is in your guest portal.  See messages from the host in your booking platform.

4.  The front door is on the left-hand side of the property.  Your key works in the lower lock only, below the handle. Do not use the key in the upper lock.

Once unlocked, simply the door in.  The handle does not rotate.

To lock the door from inside, use the handing key.  Do not use deadbolt at this time.
